February 25, 2008 Meeting Minutes
The Springfield Council of PTAs support local PTA/PTSA units by offering trainings, audits, budget assistance. This support has proved to be valuable over the years in helping units become “Units in Good Standing.”
New this year! The Springfield Council has developed a workshop that addresses the specific topic of “Units in Good Standings”. The PTA Council we will be contacting every unit to set up a meeting between your executive board and two members of the council. We will send you a list of items you need to bring to the meeting. By the end of the meeting we will have reviewed all the requirements to ensure your unit to be in good standing. We will help to apply for all awards and be ready for a successful end to your PTA year!
The goal in doing this workshop is to have all Springfield PTA/PTSA as units in good standings.
Services Supporting all Springfield Schools:
Springfield Council PTA Clothing Fund is designed to help all Springfield Students who can not afford new shoes, socks, underwear. To read more information click on Clothing Fund below.
