Oregon PTA promotes and encourages valuable programs, including National PTA created programs and grants, to support local units across the state. The Reflections program has helped students explore their own thoughts, feelings and ideas, develop artistic literacy, increase confidence and find a love for learning that will help them become more successful in school and in life. We also take great pride in recognizing units and individuals via an Awards program for their work and dedication to further PTAs Mission and Values.

Regardless if you are having a STEM+ Families night or you'd like to implement a Healthy Habits program, Click here to download the Programs Quick Reference Guide.

PTA’s process for building successful partnerships starts with the National Standards for Family-School Partnerships and consists of three steps:

  • Raising awareness about the power of family and community involvement.
  • Taking action to cultivate involvement through specific programs and practices.
  • Celebrating success as your school sees increased involvement and its impact.

Throughout the year, National PTA offers awards or grants to honor or support PTAs as they: engage families, support student success, improve the health and safety of students and families, increase access to arts education or celebrate advocacy and diversity.
